Wellcome surge de un grupo de emprendedores resilientes con más de 15 años de trayectoria en la industria hotelera. Tras la creación de My Revenue, una exitosa empresa de gestión de ingresos para el sector hotelero, nos encontramos ante un desafío inimaginable cuando la pandemia de Covid-19 paralizó la industria de los viajes de la noche a la mañana. Era evidente que debíamos reevaluar nuestro modelo de negocio para enfrentar estos nuevos retos. Y como las casualidades no existen, la oportunidad perfecta se presentó ante nosotros.

    During the pandemic we were contacted by a real estate investor who had just finished building an apartment complex and wanted our help.

  • Wellcome was born to help owners and guests use technology and data

    This is how Wellcome was born: a property management services platform that enables owners to generate income while we rent out their properties to vacation and short-term rental guests using data and technology.

  • Wellcome: open doors to new opportunities

    Wellcome has had continuous growth since its launch in January 2021. We currently manage more than 300 properties in 36 cities in Colombia, Peru and Chile, we plan to continue opening doors in Latin America, embracing the local culture and types of accommodation for each type of guest.

  • Xavier Cárdenas, CEO and Founder

    Doctor of Business Administration (DBAc) candidate from the Instituto de Empresa- IE Business School, and Master in International Hospitality Management from the Swiss Hotel Management School- HSMAI. In the hospitality industry, he has held management positions such as Chief Information Officer and Sales Manager. He has experience in international hotels, chains and independent hotels. He is currently the General Manager and consultant of My Revenue and remains linked to academia as an international professor at Universities such as the Swiss Hotel Management School. Xavier has been recognized as a Revenue Manager by multiple international organizations such as HSMAI and AHLEI with CRME, CHIA and CHRM certifications. In addition, it is the only certifier in Revenue Management (CHRM) of the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute.

  • Natalia Arenas, experience director and founder

    Tourism and Hotel Business Administrator from the Externado de Colombia University, certified in Leadership in the Digital Transformation of Organizations and Industry from IE Business School and certified as Strategic Revenue Manager from Swiss Education Group Professional. Natalia has specialized in UI/UX Design and Game Design from the California Institute of the Arts and has worked in start-ups as a project manager and country manager for more than 4 years. He has experience in revenue management, digital marketing and hospitality sales for independent hotels and international chains.

  • Natalia Contreras, COO and Founder

    Industrial Engineer from Universidad de los Andes and Master in innovation for business development from Tecnológico de Monterrey- Tech Monterrey, with 6 years of experience in revenue optimization and rate analysis. Certificate in Data Analytics 360 from Cornell University. With 8 years of experience as CTO for Revenue Management companies in Latin America. He completed his training in Revenue Management at Avianca and 4 years ago he entered the hotel industry as Head of Operations in a company specialized in outsourcing the Revenue Management process. In addition, he has international training in hotel Revenue Management. She is also certified as a Hospitality Digital Marketer and is certified in Power BI. Master's and undergraduate professor at academic institutions in Colombia.
